where’s the comet?
Published 1 year, 11 months ago in Sport & Leisure.Did anyone see the comet that was over Frankston? It won’t come for another 80,000 years or something.
I hear there’s an astronomy night on at the Briars park in Mount Martha tomorrow and that anyone can come, so I might go for a look-see before it’s too late.

Sure did see it mate.
Looked pretty cool - would have looked better far out from the city lights though. . . I was the south east suburbs and it looked absolutely massive - but I bet we couldn’t estimate how bright it really would have been to see in it’s full glory.
I’m not sure if it was just my child like enchanted imagination but I thought I could vaguely see it burning - you know, flames mate.
Just beautiful.. I was thinking about checking out that Briars Park viewing too .. is it happenning any nights next week? (Feb 5th- )
